A message from our CEO:
My Promise To You!

"You may not hear your cash register ring extra loudly due to our first month together.  To become a consistently profitable business, you need an Operations Manual, a Constitution.  We begin by writing a Preamble to that Constitution.  We begin by writing down the reason you are in business for yourself, some of the values and beliefs you hold to be self-evident, and some of the objectives your enterprise has established for itself. The Program ultimately impacts on more than 100 areas, including Marketing Strategy, Sales Process Documentation, Hiring, Organizational Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Time Management, Management Training, Leadership Strategies, Client Fulfillment, and so on, and so on, and so on.  We can't do it all in one month.  We will barely get through Leadership in one month.  However, I am promising you that, within that month, you will have your Mission, your Values and Beliefs, and your Strategic Objectives posted on the wall, framed in document frames you will buy.  Even if you were to discontinue service after only one month, you would remember Bardeen Business Consulting the rest of your life, as you glance up to see these statements posted on your walls for the world to see!  I propose you post them in your lobby, in your employee lunch area, and in your own office.  After this first month with Bardeen Business Consulting, your employees will never again come to work just because they have a "job"!  Rather, they will know they are doing something important (Mission), working for a business that matters (Beliefs and Values), part of an enterprise that is leaving tracks in the sand (Strategic Objectives).  You will not succeed in our Program, and you may not succeed in business at all, if your employees do not have this attitude from the beginning.  That's why we begin here.  We may not make your cash register ring louder during the first month; however, if we do an excellent job on this one first area of contact, I'm hoping you will have confidence that, working together, we can impact equally as profoundly on the other 49 areas of your business that need attention.  Impact in many of these areas will result in your cash register ringing more loudly, and more predictably."
